iPhone 4 Stealth Armor

I don't have an iPhone 4, but if I did I damn sure wouldn't want to put it in some big bulky case and hide its design. If you're willing to pass up the extra padding in a full case Stealthshield may be for you! It appears to be more of an anti-scratch shield for the back and front of your phone.
